Very good service, friendly, welcoming and very pleased with my purchase, been 2x months now and car is faultless so far (touch wood!) and vehicle was exactly as described and presented beautifully. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, answering any questions I had, this was my first time purchasing from a dealer, and on finance and they were ever so helpful with any questions I had and never made me feel stupid for asking. They also offered to stay outside working hours to accommodate me collecting the vehicle as I work full time. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Ramin and Eddie were brilliant, really helpful and always quick to reply to messages or calls. Car was in great condition, exactly as described and the service was top notch, thank you!

I have recently bought a Golf Gti from RAutomotive and, from the first time of viewing the immaculately presented vehicle in the well laid out facility at Wornal Park, to working through the procedure with Ramin, the purchasing experience was a treat. Have to say it was pleasure buying a car from R Automotive, the whole process from start to finish was 5* relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable and never once felt pressured. Nothing was too much trouble for either Eddie or Ramin who do a superb job at what they do and will definitely be a returning customer of theirs.

My great experience with R Automative started from the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a car I've been looking for for 2 years and dreamt of having for the last 9 years. I live 3 hours away and Eddie volunteered to send me a detailed video of the car, spent time with me on the phone, no annoying pushy sales techniques!

I jumped in my car and made the 3 hour drive to view and test drive the car. I took up about 2 hours of Eddie's time before deciding to put a deposit down. He was very patient with my questions and inspection of the car.

MOT and minor fixes that were required on the car before pickup were all done to a great standard and in incredible time. As with any car I buy, I take the car to a local garage or specialist, I was in no way surprised when he told me it's in immaculate condition (and this is a older classic car we're talking about).

Eddie and Ramin are great guys and I got nothing but 100% honesty from them. If you're thinking if buying a car and they have what you want/want them to keep an eye out for something, trust me and look no further! Although they're far from me, I will always go back to them first for myself or my family when looking for a car.
