Purchased my new Ford Ranger from R Automotive, what can I say? A total 10/10 experience, after an initial chat with Eddie about a part-ex with my own vehicle, across the whole process to picking up my Ranger was top class!!! Great communication, price agreed for my car, a pleasure going to such a lovely part of the country to pick the new car up, Eddie was such and honest, nice guy to deal with and I I could have walked away with half his stock, I would! Great premises with a laid back feel, never felt under pressure.Just want to say a massive thanks to R Automotive for making something that is quite stressful, very easy. Excellent service, car was exactly as described and an easy purchase.
I found my new car on Autotrader after searching for a specific style and model. I came across R Automotive and saw the car I was interested in. There was a lot of pictures and details about the car and after getting in touch I arranged an appointment. I also wanted to PX my old car and after sending across the details through the website, Ramin came back with the price I was after and on inspection of the car agreed the quoted price. The car I was looking to buy was exactly as described, no surprises and after a test drive agreed the purchase. All in all a very smooth service and a very happy customer. After much market research looking for my ideal car that fitted my budget, I finally came across Rautomotive UK.

Form the first initial call to them I was instantly put at ease by their professional and friendly tone.

This was vital as I was travelling from Manchester to Oxford and needed a level of reassurance that I was making the right choice.

After enduring the M6 'car park' we arrived at the showroom later than expected, to be met by Ramin and Andy.

First impressions; stunning location in the Aylesbury countryside and this was further complimented by their modern showroom which is set out to be a very welcoming environment.

The vehicle I was viewing (BMW 440i convertible) was sat front and centre stage and looked stunning.

The calm and relaxing demeanour from the lads only added to my escalating desire to drive this stunning machine back up North!

The whole process took no longer than an hour or so and having now relaxed knowing the two lads new exactly how to administrate the sale of the vehicle, excitement levels grew!

Great team of guys and very helpful and understanding. They were happy for me to wait and complete my part ex and purchase a new car as I had driven a little while to them. They made me feel very welcome and offered me a drink and we're happy for me to use there waiting room which was very nice. Only down side, which isn't their fault is the phone signal isn't great and unfortunately had to try and stand in different places outside to get a signal but can't fault either of the two owners.

First of all I would like to thank Eddie and Ramin for all their help and ease when buying a car with them.. There was no pushy sale's technique, just a calm easy feel and left alone when needed to look around the car so you can slowly peruse at your pleasure. My great experience with R Automative started from the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a car I've been looking for for 2 years and dreamt of having for the last 9 years. I live 3 hours away and Eddie volunteered to send me a detailed video of the car, spent time with me on the phone, no annoying pushy sales techniques!

I jumped in my car and made the 3 hour drive to view and test drive the car. I took up about 2 hours of Eddie's time before deciding to put a deposit down. He was very patient with my questions and inspection of the car.

MOT and minor fixes that were required on the car before pickup were all done to a great standard and in incredible time. As with any car I buy, I take the car to a local garage or specialist, I was in no way surprised when he told me it's in immaculate condition (and this is a older classic car we're talking about).

Eddie and Ramin are great guys and I got nothing but 100% honesty from them. If you're thinking if buying a car and they have what you want/want them to keep an eye out for something, trust me and look no further! Although they're far from me, I will always go back to them first for myself or my family when looking for a car.
